Here are some examples of DHL shipping rates
for a handgun-sized parcel
First column is the Basic Rate.
$100 insurance is included, column 2 shows rate with this increased to
$600.
Column 3 includes Basic + Chain of Signature charge where someone must
sign every time the parcel changes hands.
Column 4 includes all of these options.
